ABOUT ME
Christopher Walters is a senior film student at Georgia College & State University. He is from Hartwell, Georgia, which is located an hour away from Athens. His hobbies include photography, writing, and filmmaking. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mass communication. Christopher was inspired to pursue a career in mass communication due to the prominent impression film left on him when he was 10 years old. The one television show – “The Walking Dead” – that Christopher quotes inspired him to be the person he is today. In 2016 Christopher founded No More Time Productions. Some of Christopher’s accomplishments include being an award-winning director and cinematographer on multiple short films. Christopher has a lot of reasons why he loves working with film, but the most important one to him is his goal to change the world. He believes the film industry is capable of impacting people’s worlds around them, and he wants to be one of those filmmakers who create entertainment with the goal of being a change agent rather than a profit seeker. Some of Christopher’s prominent skills include being an excellent communicator, having an abundance of leadership experience, and being a critical thinker. For his future, Christopher plans on pursuing a film internship to expand his technical and interpersonal skills. After the internship, he plans on either expanding his production company or working with one of the other great film production companies in Georgia. Christopher believes that if a person has a certain dream or goal then they should follow it. He often says: never give up – even when times get tough, and the horizon seems out of reach.
